Dad’s Promise
At Dad’s Hot Sauce, we stand behind every bottle we make. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll make it right.
Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns of opened bottles or used products. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Once verified, we will either:

Send a replacement bottle, or

Issue a full refund
Returns
Due to food safety regulations, we do not accept returns on hot sauce products.
We cannot accept returned items that have been:

Opened
-
Used
-
Stored improperly after delivery
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, but if a package is lost or damaged in transit, we will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
