Spicy Turkey Quesadillas

This turkey quesadilla recipe is crispy, cheesy, and packed with bold flavor thanks to Dad’s Gar-Yak Hot Sauce. It’s the perfect way to use leftover turkey or create a quick and satisfying meal with a spicy twist.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked turkey shredded or chopped
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheese cheddar, Monterey Jack, or blend
  • ½ small onion thinly sliced
  • ½ bell pepper sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
Spicy Kick
  • 2 tbsp Dad’s Gar-Yak Hot Sauce (add to taste)
Optional
  • Jalapeños
  • Black beans
  • Corn
  • Fresh cilantro
Optional Dips
  • Sour cream
  • Salsa
  • Guacamole

Method
 

Cook Veggies
  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and bell pepper, cook until soft (3–4 minutes).
Add Turkey + Heat 🔥
  1. Add turkey and Dad’s Gar-Yak Hot Sauce, stir and heat through.
Assemble Quesadilla
  1. Place tortilla in skillet, add cheese, turkey mixture, then more cheese. Top with another tortilla.
Cook Until Crispy
  1. Cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
Slice & Serve
  1. Cut into wedges and serve with sour cream, salsa, or guac.
PRO TIP
  1. For extra crispy quesadillas, lightly butter the outside of the tortillas before cooking.
